The Braves came out of the All-Star break still in first place in the NL East — but not by much.

They’re still having pitching woes, though the bats have gotten hot. Their lead over the Phillies and Marlins is down to single digits as the calendar moves toward August and the final two months of the regular season are upon us.

Maybe they’ll get hot and make the pennant race less of a concern.
