PHOTOS: Two Georgia wildfires destroy homes, ravage thousands of acres
The Pineland Road fire in Clinch County, between the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge and Valdosta, and the Highway 82 Fire in Brantley County, inland from Brunswick on Georgia’s coast, have burned more than 30,000 acres since Saturday. Dozens of homes have been lost, and hundreds are threatened.
